Operation inspectors on January 09, 2022, at 17:02, heard a radio communication from which it appeared that the crew of the cutter WŁA-67 was broadcasting a distress call. As it turned out, the fishing vessel began to sink. It was located 11 Mm north of Władysławowo. On its deck were 3 crew members, who managed to get to the raft. After receiving a distress signal, the Bryza rescue ship from Władysławowo, the Navy helicopter, the Marine Unit of the Border Guard SG-111, the Stena Spirit ferry and other fishing vessels in the area were immediately diverted to action. The entire 3-person crew was found by rescuers from the MW helicopter, then taken from the raft by the crew of the Bryza rescue ship, which arrived on the scene. The fishermen were transported to Wladyslaw port, their life and health were no longer threatened. The rescue ship Bryza arrived in Wladyslawow at 18:40 with the injured crew. The fishermen from the cutter WŁA-67 returned home with their families waiting on the quay.
