Fulfilling the information obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as RODO), the Maritime Search and Rescue Service in Gdynia informs that:

Personal data are processed for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the Administrator - in order to carry out activities on the basis of the Act of August 18, 2011 on Maritime Safety (Journal of Laws of 2011 No. 228, item 1368, as amended), the Act of March 16, 1995. on the Prevention of Marine Pollution from Ships (Journal of Laws of 1995, No. 47, item 243 - as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of June 22, 2012 on the detailed organization of the Maritime Search and Rescue Service (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 733, the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 8, 2013 on the detailed conditions and manner of performance of search and rescue tasks at sea by the Maritime Search and Rescue Service, and the manner of exercising the rights of members of volunteer rescue teams (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 552), the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of August 8, 2017 on the manner of organization of combating threats and pollution at sea (Journal of Laws. of 2017, item 1631), the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 3, 2012 on radio listening and meteorological coverage for the needs of the Maritime Search and Rescue Service (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 821) and Article 6, item 1, letter c of the Regulation of the MODO.
4. Data may be shared with entities authorized by law and entities to which the transfer of data is justified for the performance of a specific activity or the realization of a specific service.
5. Data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations, nor will they be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
6. Data will be processed for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure possible claims.
7. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to the content of your personal data, the right to the necessary rectification, supplementation or restriction of processing, access to a copy of personal data subject to processing, to request their deletion after the termination of civil law relations linking you with the Administrator, the right to object to processing, the right to lodge a complaint about incorrect processing of personal data, which should be sent to the address of the Administrator.
